Spark-Tech in collaboration with University of Agriculture in Krakow, Poland and University of Oxford, UK will presented their results at the 6th Polish Congress of Genetics 2022 in Krakow Poland. Results present the applicability of the transposase-based rapid MinION sequencing protocol (Oxford Nanopore Technologies) for the whole genome sequencing of ancient DNA isolated from the museal sample of helmeted guineafowl collected in the wild from Morocco.
